Netbet Sportsbook participant has account frozen for two months

twelve/eleven/2014 2:06:23 PM

A Netbet Sportsbook player has submitted a grievance with SBR.

The participant deposited €100 via eWallet organization Neteller. He wagered his total stability on a soccer match priced at 2.sixty five (returning €165 in income) just before out of the blue getting his account closed.

His account was frozen so that the KYC method could be executed, though two months have passed with no update.

The grievance is very similar to the Netbet problem documented by SBR on November 22. In that criticism, a player mentioned that his account was locked with a €320 stability.

Netbet players have submitted persistently inadequate suggestions on the sportsbooks’ consumer service and KYC procedures. Extended durations of time have went among the payout request to achievement date.

A €2,550 grievance was noted from Netbet on November 28.

Netbet operates a gaming license granted by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta.
