Rivalo participant has account deactivated after protection audit

A Rivalo Sportsbook player has experienced a stability of €1200 confiscated.

The player has claimed that he was entirely accepted to use Rivalo right after passing their KYC (Know Your Buyer) approach, but that following requesting his very first payout from the betting internet site he obtained a random telephone call the place he was questioned thoroughly about his account.

The participant has advised SBR that roughly 15 questions ended up requested of him and that the English of the buyer provider representative who was questioning him was “a nightmare” the player concedes his own English is spotty, and thinks that as a consequence of the language barrier some of the questions may have been answered improperly.
