Algeria striker Islam Slimani has headed home a set-piece at the far post to bring Algeria level in their World Cup clash against Russia, a result that would send the North African side through as it stands.
The goal was controversial, however, with Russian goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev appearing to be targeted by a green laser pen just moments before Slimani found the net.
