SmartLiveGaming complaint #2: Uk participant winnings dispute

A SmartLiveGaming (SBR ranking D+) player has submitted a criticism with SBR.


The participant has presented a comprehensive account of the events that led up to his winnings becoming confiscated, and maintains that he has completed nothing incorrect.  This is the second complaint on file and entails the confiscation of £60 in winnings.


The player registered with SmartLiveGaming on November 19, intending to make sports picks. He deposited £20 by debit card and proceeded to pace a handful of bets. His account harmony reached £80 and he made a decision to check out the withdrawal procedure two days afterwards. He tells SBR that nearly instantly following placing in his payout request that his account was suspended.


He was presented no notification by electronic mail subsequent the account suspension. He then contacted SmartLiveGaming and was informed he experienced to submit ID paperwork prior to he could get a withdrawal. The participant was instructed only his original deposit of £20 would be refunded. Sportsbook Evaluation is investigating his criticism.


On Oct 30, SBR noted that SmartLiveGaming voided an in-play wager for no apparent explanation, in a soccer match among Maribor and Radomolje. The wager was provided at the appropriate marketprice, but owing to what was known as the speedy fluctuation of odds, the successful wager was voided. The scenario remains fantastic.
