He joined Santos when he was just 8 and made his debut with much fanfare when he was a mere 16 years old. Despite his tender age, Santos fans have been getting on his back following a string of tepid performances during this campaign that saw him fail to score in 12 games until a recent match against bottom side Botafogo.
