10 most wanted players in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Check in to Manchester United vs Manchester City

Toni Kroos (Bayern Munich)
The 24 year old has painted himself into a corner with wage demands that his Bavarian employers simply won’t entertain and now the German international will have to consider calling Bayern Munich’s bluff.
Kroos is on £60k a week but wants parity with the club’s big earners who earn three times that sum, a number of sides are ready to make a move for the midfielder and it’s very much a case of ‘who blinks first’ on this one.
Wanted by: Man United

Diego Costa (Atletico Madrid)
Brazilian born Spanish international has been scoring goals for fun and has consequently been linked with a myriad of sides who can probably offer the 25 year old a massive pay-rise.
Costa may feel he has achieved as much as he can at the Vicente Calderon and unfortunately Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone will now only too well that his side are well known for cashing in on their top talents.
Wanted By: Chelsea, Man United, PSG, Real Madrid

Mario Mandzukic (Bayern Munich)
Croatian scores regularly and played his part in Bayern Munich’s treble winning success of last term and has continued to assist Pep Guardiola’s push for yet more dominance. Imagine then how the 27 year old feels now that his side have decided to sign Robert Lewandowksi, who is effectively being brought in to replace him.
Mandzukic won’t want to hang around to wait for the Pole to get injured and knows that a season of only DFB Pokal action beckons.
Wanted By: Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona

Luke Shaw (Southampton)
Yes the Saints full-back is good but is that any reason for his valuation to essentially increase by the million every time he takes to the field of play?
Initially the teenager’s valuation stood around £18m but has now crept up to £30m and such is the player’s obvious potential it appears there are no shortage of sides willing to dip deep to land the England international left-back.
Southampton may well struggle to turn down any mega offer that comes their way.
Wanted By: Chelsea, Liverpool, Man United

Loic Remy (QPR)
The French international failed to keep QPR in the top tier and they subsequently sent him to Newcastle United where he once again has proven he knows where the back of the net is, 13 goals in 23 starts is not to be sniffed at.
A host of Premier League sides are waiting for the season to end so they can register their interest in signing the former Marseille man on a permanent basis. Unless of course QPR gain promotion and opt to keep hold of the forward?
Wanted By: Arsenal, Tottenham

Victor Valdes (Barcelona)
Nou Camp keeper has clearly got bored of winning trophies and has therefore told Barcelona he will leave when his contract comes to a close this summer.
There are few more decorated footballers on planet earth and the chance to pick up such a player on a free transfer is frankly a once in a lifetime opportunity that many of Europe’s ‘Elite’ are not willing to pass up.
For the record the 32 year old has won six La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys, three Champions League and is of course a member of Spain’s 2010 World Cup and 2012 European Championship winning squads.
Wanted By: Man City, AS Monaco, Arsenal, PSG

William Carvalho (Sporting Lisbon)
Another youngster who’s valuation rises daily, the Portuguese battler apparently has a host of scouts following him to every Primeira Liga ground in Portugal and his Sporting Lisbon side are bound to cash-in on the 21 year old this summer to help ease financial concerns.
It seems that a number of clubs across Europe are looking to add a steely edge to their collective midfield’s and are willing to spend upwards of £35m to do so.
Wanted By: Man United, Chelsea

Edinson Cavani (PSG)
Reports that the former Napoli man is unsettled in Paris are commonplace, though it’s worth noting that any unhappiness the Uruguayan may be feeling hasn’t prevented him scoring regularly.
There is an argument that the 27 year old may not be happy about playing second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic though clearly the powerful South American would’ve been aware of that fact when he signed for the Parc des Princes side.
Wanted By: Arsenal, Chelsea, Man United

Eliaqium Mangala (FC Porto)
The Primeira Liga appears to be the league of choice when it comes to spending large sums on players who up until 18 months ago were fairly anonymous.
There is no doubting the talent 22 year old Mangala possesses and the fact that his FC Porto side are, surprisingly, not riding high in the Portuguese top tier makes a summer sale all the more likely.
Wanted By: Chelsea, Man City, Man United

David Luiz (Chelsea)
It seems pretty much accepted that the Brazilian will be sold this summer, after all a player of Luiz’s quality shouldn’t be warming the bench and Jose Mourinho appears happy to sell top talents that he feels are not part of his plans.
Incredibly Luiz has started less than half Chelsea’s Premier League fixtures this term and a big fee may well see the fan favourite leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
Wanted By: Barcelona, PSG
