The player indicated that he contacted BetAtHome customer service and was told that he was connected to other users that also claimed the welcome bonus. He alleges in his complaint filed with SBR that he only accesses his sportsbook account from his residence and that no others could have conceivably used his internet to log-in to the sportsbook.
BetAtHome player: “I completed the rollover, win big again, and withdraw all my money. They asked me for the ID card. i sent it. Then asked me for a photo with of my id card next to my face. I sent it. Them they asked me again for a photo of the id card next to my face. i sent it another one. Then, for my surprise, they closed my account, and only transfer to my moneybookers account my initial deposit of 400⬠and retained more than 1500⬠that I won.”
