Dimeline was downgraded over the rough handling of the player’s account and has to date made no effort to pay his closing balance. The poor treatment is reminiscent of previous Dimeline tactics; SBR reported in the baseball season of 2009 that a user was threatened with having his funds confiscated if he did not retract negative Dimeline feedback posted on SBR Forum.
Dimeline’s refusal to honor its advertised payout time-frame for users that complain is rather puzzling: By all accounts, prior to a batch of payout issues reported following the 2012-13 football season, Dimeline seemed to satisfy its smaller customer base, even connecting their family of websites (BTG Global NV) with a popular poker network.
